Generally, the panel is welded with high quality pre-galvanized wires, then with powder coated. Hot dipped galvanized panel and post finish without coating is also available. Several V curves are positioned on the panels to enhance the level of rigidity.

is shaped from galvanized coils, with SHS, RHS, CHS, Peach, I Type post sections, then doing the Polyester Powder Coated.
or shaped from raw black coils, then doing the Hot Dip Galvanized Process.
