Complies with Standard Specification for Zinc-Coated Steel Chain-Link Fence Fabric to ASTM A392, for high security protective fencing.

Custom-made chain link fence fabric can be up to 12ft (3.66m) high, but chain link fences can be installed up to 20ft (6.1m).

1.Chain-Link Fence Fabric Roll
The Chain-link fence fabric roll are produced by woven from high zinc wire.Fabric 72 in. (1830 mm) high and over shall be knuckled at one selvage and twisted at the other.
Wire Diameter and Tolerances
Diameter of the wire: 3.76mm ±0.13mm
Tolerances in accordance with ASTM A392; Made from steel in accordance with ASTM A817

Mesh Sizes and Tolerances
Mesh spacing is measured between the centres of two adjacent
wires having same spatial alignment; alternatively the measurement can be made between two leading edges of wire.

Weave
The wire shall be woven throughout in the form of approximately uniform square mesh, having parallel sides and horizontal and vertical diagonals of approximately uniform dimensions.

Metallic Coating
On fabric galvanized after weaving, the weight of coating shall be determined on one or more pieces of wire removed from the fabric. These specimens may be of any length over 12 in. (300 mm) and shall include both bends and straight sections, but shall not include either twists or knuckles.
The weight of coating shall be determined in accordance with Test Method ASTM A90/A90M.

The posts are made from CHS sections (1.9'',48.3mm), and are Hot Dip Galvanized after fabrication.

Extension Arms

The extension arms are made out of galvanized steel section has an equal angle profile which is bolted on the I Beam post with a set of 3 nut and bolts (M8 mushroom headed bolts with breakable nut). Each angle has slots for holding the barbed wire Or runner razor wire.
Length of each arm is approximately 450mm.
Extension arms are Hot Dip Galvanized, hence, has a zinc coating of 70 - 80 microns.
Two number extension arms form a V groove above the post to support the concertina razor wire
Concertina Razor wire (CBT-65)
Description
The barbed tape is manufactured in coil using a core galvanized wire around which a continuous galvanized strip with Long blade barb clenched. The barbed tape has minimum 1900 wrap around the core wire

Galvanized Strip Specification
The strip is made out of good commercial low carbon steel in accordance with the European standard EN 10346. The tensile strength of the material is 270-500 N/mm2. The sheet, from which the tape is made, is zinc coated by immersing the molten zinc bath. The coating including both surfaces if 200gsm.
Core Wire
The core wire is a 2.5mm galvanized wire with a tensile strength of 1350 to 1500N/mm2,
Min Zinc coating on core wire would be 244 g/m2 (according to ASTM F 1910).
Clips
1.5mm heavy galvanized clips are used to tighten the loops together.

Barbed Wires on the Top
The system is further enhanced by four lines of barbed wire on the top of the fence which are supported by heavy duty extension arm on the top of the fence.
The barbed wire is made from Prime quality pre galvanized wire in compliance to ASTM 121. All rolls are fitted with special Inner Spools for easy of unwinding.
